Come and experience our hotel near the major tourist attractions. Unfortunately the swimming pool was under refurbishment , but the hotel does have a small fitness room on the top floor. The food was good if not remarkable. No one at the front desk bothers to open it. We, business trippers, have to face very often some early flights to catch, but to woke up at 4 am is not very healthy ! We had a quick drink at the pool area (where you have to order food too but they told us not too worry if we we're leaving shortly). They are very convenient to Marseille airport and their shuttle bus begins at 5 AM in the morning. Room size is decent. All in all a reasonably good experience for an Airport hotel. The staff was helpful with directions. Your satisfaction is our main goal. Being close to the airport, (it is a short 10-15 min walk) you will find a larger selection of fast food or fine dining. We had an early flight before the shuttle would have been available. Our room was surprisingly spacious for a European hotel, nicely decorated and very clean. Regards O. We were collected from the Car Rental depot within 10 Minutes, our check in was seamless by helpful polite staff, the room was clean, comfortable with a good size bathroom - with a bath! Their Internet is good, not as slow as some of the descriptions I have read. The breakfast is typical european and there is a pool. We stayed in a pleasant room with a surprisingly good view, and were welcomed to eat, even though it was very late. We hope to see you soon in Marseille. A short walk from the Terminal thru the parking lot. The welcome at the front desk first class. The first thing to say is that it's in a great location literally across the road from the airport, from where they offer a shuttle bus if required.
Other than that it was fine. Located in the heart of Marseille-Provence airport in Marignane, the Best Western Marseille Aéroport is the ideal place to combine work and leisure. On our return we could not find the shuttle back to the hotel and since our phones were "dead" we could not call or locate anyone at the airport to help us. Unusually for an airport hotel, it also has an outdoor pool and tennis courts for the more active guest (not me by way! Staff are attentive, rooms and beds are comfortable, and our dinner experiences have been consistently good. Their free shuttle to/from the airport made it perfect. We had everything we needed. Although with bags or bad weather the shuttle is quick and convenient as well. Room tidy and clean with comfortable bed. The breakfast was also fine. You must be clear and honnest in this matter and somthing seems wrong in your story. The restaurant served breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus providing room service. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Tea and instant coffee available in the room. It was a great pleasure for us to assist you during your stay. I do hope to welcome you again very soon.
